MDP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the Sunborne Lot 10 Aircraft Hangar at the Centennial Airport. The structure included an approximately 28,000 sq. ft. hangar connected to a three story office occupying approximately 38,000 sq. ft. The office spaces were initially designed as core/shell and later developed under a tenant improvement scope for office occupancies of various tenants.
