MDP Engineering Group provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for the new Mercantile restaurant at Denver International Airport Concourse A. The new restaurant took the place of the existing Jimmy Chen’s and the Marmot retail shop and was renovated to become the two-story Mercantile restaurant. The concept mirrors the Mercantile Provisions located at Union Station. The 4,000 SF restaurant is located on Level 2 with the kitchen and storage space located on Level 1.
