MDP provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this 160,000 sq. ft. mixed income senior living center. The 4 story building houses 89 residential units, a community room, game room, fitness facility, and business center. Lighting for the 36,000 sq. ft. underground parking structure was designed specifically with energy efficient fixtures in mind. Overall energy savings for the building is estimated at 316,000 kWH and approximately $30,000 per year.
