MDP is providing design for a five-story mixed-use building, a key element of the dynamic Brickyard Development Program, featuring 297 for-rent residential units across a diverse mix of studio, shotgun, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom floor plans. The ground floor will offer 33,231 SF of restaurant, retail, and office space while residents will enjoy premium amenities including a pool, hot tub, courtyards, bike storage, and a bike shop/dog wash. The building will also include a two-story parking garage with over 500 spaces.
