• Block 4: A 279,801 square foot five-story wrap building with 129 units, 5,000 SF of amenity space, and a five-story precast parking garage requiring mechanical ventilation and lighting.
• Block 5: 84,077 square feet across two buildings with 76 units.
• Block 7: 99,676 square feet across three buildingswith 86 units and 2,200 SF of leasing space.
