The project includes 400 residential units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Additional program elements feature a two-story, 120,000 square foot concrete parking garage, 12,000 square feet of retail space, and 12,000 square feet of amenity space with outdoor courtyards and a pool.
