MDP is currently providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the new townhome development in Denver, CO. The development will consist of five three-story townhome-style buildings, designed to provide high quality residential rental housing. In total, the project will deliver 30 for-rent residential units, with each unit averaging approximately 1,600 square feet of living space.
In addition to the residential components, the development will include one (1) amenity space, which will be integrated into one of the five buildings. This shared amenity area is intended to enhance the resident experience by providing a space for social interaction, recreation, or communal services.
The mechanical systems for the residential units will include vertical fan coil units for air distribution, utilizing direct expansion (DX) cooling and heat pump heating systems. To ensure occupant comfort during extreme cold weather conditions, backup electric heat will also be provided.
This project aims to offer a modern, comfortable, and energy-efficient living environment, contributing to the growing demand for thoughtfully designed rental housing in the Denver metropolitan area.
