MDP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for a new 9-story mixed-use building in Denver, Colorado. The project includes both hotel and office space, with the hotel portion featuring 165 guest rooms located on Levels 1 and 4 through 9. Amenities include meeting rooms, a cocktail lounge, dining areas, and a fitness center, providing a full-service experience for guests.
The office portion consists of approximately 50,000 square feet across Levels 1 through 3, along with a 3,150-square-foot retail area on the ground floor. The office space was designed as a gray shell with provisions for temporary heating.
