MDP Engineering Group provided full MEP design on the new eleven (11) story, 79,000 sq. ft. hotel at Yale Ave N. in Seattle, WA. The project consisted of 190 guestrooms, with 10 guestroom floors and 19 units per floor. The project included a loading dock, space for building systems, a bar, and a lounge. The project was designed in accordance with high-rise code requirements, as well as LEED Green Building Certification.
