Moxy is a new, vibrant, and affordable boutique hotel brand offered by Marriott. Located in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood, the Denver Moxy is an 8 story tall with approximately 180 guest rooms, standard guest amenities, and two levels of underground parking. MDP Engineering provided mechanical design for this project on a design/build basis.For this project, the owner wanted to invest in a highly efficient mechanical system.
