MDP provided full MEP design for two new residential buildings in Stapleton’s Town Center. The first building houses 207 residential units, 15,400 sq. ft. of commercial space, and 332 parking stalls. The second building houses 179 residential buildings, and 225 parking stalls. Amenities include a spa area with a pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and wet sauna.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
• Wood construction over concrete podium.
• Individual metering was utilized to make efficient use of the space.
• For future retail on the first floor, the space was designed with make-up air shafts for future MAUs providing ventilation to the space, and grease exhaust shafts for future grease exhaust fans needed or restaurant applications.
