MDP is currently providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for a new townhome development located in Denver, Colorado. The development will include five three-story townhome-style buildings, designed to provide high-quality for-rent housing. In total, the project will deliver approximately 30 residential units, each averaging 1,600 square feet in size.
In addition to the residential buildings, the development will feature one dedicated amenity building, which will be attached to one of the townhome structures. This amenity space is intended to enhance the overall resident experience by offering shared features such as lounge areas, fitness space, or community gathering rooms.
