MDP Engineering Group provided full MEP design for this new multifamily community in Colorado Springs. The project consists of two buildings, a West and East building. The West Building has approximately 113,000 SF of residential space, and the East building has approximately 80,000 SF of residential, and 13,000 SF of commercial space to include amenity and co-working spaces. In total, there are 203 residential units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
