MDP Engineering Group provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for a new 16-story mixed-use multifamily residential development at 38th & Blake in Denver, CO. The 450,000 SF tower features 347 for-rent residential units, ground-level retail, structured parking for 372 vehicles, and an upper-level outdoor pool deck. Amenities include welcoming lobbies and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. Levels five through fourteen feature stacked, typical floor plans for efficient design and construction. As a high-rise exceeding 75 feet, the project incorporates all applicable high-rise code requirements. Executed as a design/build collaboration with RK Mechanical, MDP delivered coordinated MEP solutions with a focus on constructability, efficiency, and seamless integration across residential, retail, and amenity spaces.
