The Parq on Speer

MDP provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this 16-storymultifamily residential building in Denver, Colorado. The building includes retail and restaurant space at the ground level and above-grade parking serving the 300 residential units above. The residential units feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and the building includes 12,000 SF of amenity space to support resident activities and community engagement.
