Mechanical, plumbing, and high-rise smoke control design services were provided for this new, 12 story apartment building in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, CO. Alexan Arapahoe Square will contain approximately 350 residential units. The building will create a vibrant live work space in a currently aging part of the neighborhood. It transformed an existing surface parking lot into homes that will integrate into the context of the neighborhood. Amenities include two courtyards and a rooftop deck.
