The building will span approximately 159,000 SF, featuring a combination of residential units. parking, and amenity spaces. The project consists of 78,000 SF of residential space, consisting of 103 for-rent units, and an additional 42,960 SF dedicated to parking.
The building's amenities will include a 1,264 SF lobby, a 822 SF amenity space on the 12th floor, and a 386 SF amenity deck on the 11th floor.
