Waldorf Astoria Condominiums

MDP is providing design services for a new for-sale condominium development inDenver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.

The five-story, 172,657 SF building is situated on a 38,000 SF lot and will feature approximately 40 luxury residences. Ground-level retail and dining components include 3,500 SF of retail space and 4,300 square feet of restaurant space.

Resident amenities include a welcoming lobby with concierge and valet services, a fitness center, a rooftop pool and outdoor lounge, and additional shared spaces designed for convenience and leisure. The development also incorporates a 33,797 SF below-grade parking garage with 75 spaces.
