MDP is currently providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for the development of a new multi-family residential community located in Denver, CO. The development will consist of four identical multi-family residential buildings and one single-story mixed-use building, all situated on a 218,396 square foot site.
Each of the four residential buildings will include 42 for-rent units, resulting in a total of approximately 168 residential units across the development. The anticipated unit mix includes studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
The development will also feature 228 surface parking spaces, accomodating residents and visitors with open, non-garaged parking solutions.
In addition to the residential buildings, the project includes a one-story, 2,500 square foot mixed-use building. This structure will serve as the leasing office and amenity center, supporting both the operational needs of the development and providing community-focused features for residents.
