MDP provided full MEP design services for this 12 story, 71-unit condominium building in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. One of newest for-sale condo units in the area. The concept for the project is a hotel-inspired experience for luxury condos. The building has retail on the ground floor. Amenities include a roof deck with a saltwater pool, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, outdoor grills, and a fire pit.
