MDP provided full MEP design for this unique project. The existing 13 story concrete tower was repositioned into a micro-unit apartment building with 190 studio units. Existing hotel rooms (approximately 375 sq. ft. each) were converted into studio apartments, each containing a private kitchen, bathroom, and laundry amenities. The existing restaurant and conference space on the top floor was converted into approximately 16 premium penthouse units. The existing pool was also enhanced and updated.
