MDP provided design services for a new multi-phase multifamily housing community in Denver, Colorado, spanning four parcels on a 9-acre site. The development includes:

• Block 3: A 90,623 SF three-story walk-up with 79 residential units.

• Block 4: A 279,801 SF five-story wrap building with 129 units, 5,000 SF of amenity space, and a five-story precast parking garage requiring mechanical ventilation and lighting.

• Block 5: An 84,077 SF three-story walk-up with 76 units.

• Block 7: A 99,676 SF three-story walk-up with 86 units and 2,200 SF of leasing space.

This vibrant community blends a mix of building types, integrated amenities, and efficient infrastructure to support a high-quality residential experience.
