The building encompasses approximately 268,159 SF, with 197,668 SF dedicated to residential space. The development offers 189 residential units, with a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed to cater to a wide range of residents.
The building also features 5,727 SF of amenity space on the ground floor, including a lobby, mail room, leasing office, and a dog spa. There is also a clubroom and a fitness center for residents.
