Bell Overlake Apartments

MDP provided Mechanical and Plumbing consulting services for the Bell Overlake Apartments project, located in the vibrant Overlake neighborhood. One key aspect of the design focus was the generator exhaust system. We conducted an in-depth assesment of the facility's power generation needs, taking into account load requirements and emissions control. We then designed a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible generator exhaust system that minimizes noise, reduces air quality impact, and ensures optimal performance during power outages or emergency situations.
