MDP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the176,000 square foot renovation of the Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Office in Denver, Colorado. Prior to the renovation, MDP performed a due diligence study for a mechanical retrofit of the base building systems, which included installation of a flat plate heat exchanger and relief fans to support outside air economizer operation. The renovation also incorporated high-efficiency LED lighting to improve energy performance and sustainability throughout the facility.
