The nation’s largest flour milling operation–Ardent Mills–is now headquartered in a 15 story, downtown-Denver office building. The firm’s offices are located in the top three floors, while a research and development “Innovation Center” occupies the second floor. MDP Engineering assisted with the demolition and build out of the 45,000 square foot remodel, including office space, common areas, break rooms, data centers, and a baking laboratory.
