MDP is providing design for the historic rehabilitation of the Wells House at the Boulder County Poor Farm. The two-story structure with basement and attic totals approximately 2,500 SF and houses two dwelling units. Existing MEP systems will be fully demolished and replaced with new all-electric systems designed to meet current building codes including EV chargers, fire sprinkler systems with onsite water storage, and mechanical ventilation.
