MDP provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the tenant remodel of a 56,000 square foot office, warehouse, and data center facility. Delivered as a tenant finish, the project involved upgrading and adapting existing building systems to support a modern, high-performance workspace and critical IT infrastructure.
The mechanical design included the addition of new rooftop units and air distribution components to meet the needs of the updated layout. Electrical design services covered power and lighting circuiting throughout the facility, along with photometric calculations to support lighting quality and code compliance. For the on-site data center, MDP designed power and cooling systems to support up to 20 server racks at 7.5 kW per rack, ensuring reliable performance and thermal management. Plumbing design was provided for fixtures as indicated in the architectural plans, completing the full MEP scope.
