MDP provided design for a remodel of approximately 6,000 SF across two levels. Level 1 spans 2,000 SF and includes a meeting room, community area, shower rooms, and building services. Level 2 spans 4,000 SF and features a community area with hearth, lounge and library table, break area, two conference rooms, and building services. Mechanical design addressed low ceiling heights with rooftop duct routing to keep interior ceiling clean and open. Plumbing scope included replacement of existing sewer lines and water entry coordination on the first floor. Electrical scope included evaluation of the recently upgraded service to confirm adequacy for new HVAC and electrical loads.
