This project involves the tenant build-out of approximately 2,300 square feet of space, distributed across two areas. The primary space, approximately 1,582 square feet, is located on the first floor of the office tower, while the remaining 720 square feet is situated within the existing hangar office area. This project provides a fully functional, tailored office environment for the tenant, ensuring a seamless integration into the existing infrastructure of both the office tower and hangar office area.
