The mixed-use ART Hotel & Office is located in Denver’s Golden Triangle. It was designed with it’s neighboring buildings in mind. In addition to the Hotel space MDP provided the initial design for the 50k+ SF core and shell office space and later designed the full tenant build-out of Four Winds Interactive’s new 52,000 SF Denver headquarters.
