MDP provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the 27,802 squarefoot tenant finish of Sturgeon Electric's corporate headquarters. The project transformed the space into a modern, functional environment to support the company’s operational needs, blending office areas with specialized workspaces such as workshops, an automotive facility, and equipment storage areas.
The mechanical design included modifications to the HVAC system, relocating and adding air terminals and diffusers to suit the new layout. Electrical design services provided power distribution and lighting circuiting throughout the space, while plumbing design supported fixtures as indicated in the architectural plans. The integrated MEP design ensured comfort, efficiency, and code compliance for Sturgeon Electric’s headquarters operations.
