MDP provided design for a two-phase amenity upgrade across the lobby and 13thfloor of 555 17th Street. The lobby scope totaled approximately 6,500 SF and included an expanded fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms, and bike storage.
The 13th floor scope totaled approximately 11,800 SF and included a new indoor/ outdoor common space, training center, and board room.
