MDP provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the 31,975 square foot tenant finish of the AngloGold Ashanti office. The project created a modern, functional workspace tailored to the client’s operational needs, with MEP systems designed to support a mix of open office areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces.
Following the initial build-out, MDP provided design services for a second phase—an open office expansion—which included tenant-requested updates to extend cove lighting, as well as the relocation of HVAC equipment to accommodate a new ceiling configuration. The expansion seamlessly integrated with the existing systems, ensuring consistency in performance, comfort, and aesthetic quality across the entire workspace.
