MDP provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the tenant finish of a new 20,000 square foot warehouse and manufacturing facility. The project was tailored to support the client’s production and assembly operations, with electrical design focused on providing power for approximately 70 pieces of tenant-procured manufacturing equipment. All necessary electrical data was coordinated with the tenant and electrical contractor to ensure accurate and efficient integration.
