Mechanical design was implemented on this multi-use 3-tower complex located on 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver. Project consisted of two high-rise office buildings [approx. 640,000 square feet] and a residential tower [approx. 130,000 square feet]. Design included an underground parking garage [approx. 350,000 square feet] and 6-story above ground parking structure. Project registered for LEED Gold certification.
