MDP is provided full MEP design services for this 3 story, 37 unit building that provides affordable housing for young adults experiencing homelessness. The building contains 3 levels of below-grade parking, and houses a variety of support services, totaling 30,000 sq. ft., to help the residents transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
