MDP provided full MEP design services for 66 Van Gordon, a new 6-story, 295,000square foot multifamily development in Lakewood, Colorado. The project includes 352 residential units with a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Design also incorporated two levels of concrete parking, including one below grade, as well as amenities such as an outdoor courtyard and pool.
