MDP is excited to see the former Acme Brickworks plant take on new life as Brickyard Apartments, a 298-unit multifamily community that will anchor one of Castle Rock’s most ambitious mixed-use developments.

In partnership with Origin Investments and Confluence Companies, LLC, this project transforms a historic industrial site into a vibrant destination designed for connection, recreation, and community.

Brickyard Apartments will feature a diverse mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences paired with a thoughtfully curated amenity package including a rooftop pool, fitness and wellness spaces, social lounges, and inviting courtyards. Integrated commercial space is already attracting local restaurants and businesses, further establishing Brickyard as a true community hub.
