Revolve Denali at Windler

MDP is providing design for a residential community consisting of three four-story elevator-served Type V buildings totaling 86,200 SF. The buildings will include 201 units that will range across approximately 12 different types. The residential units will consist of a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units.

Additionally, the project includes five carriage house buildings with 20 two-bedroom units, a free-standing one-story clubhouse, and a leasing building. The parking will be a mix of tuck-under and at-grade spaces.

The development will also feature several amenities including an outdoor pool and fitness center.
