New Hotel - Moab

MDP is providing design for a new three-story, soft-brand upper upscale hotel situated on a 5.5-acre site in Moab, Utah, featuring 220–240 guest rooms across a mix of room types tailored to a recreational and resort market.

Public amenities include a registration and lobby/gallery, indoor-outdoor bar, coffee shop, restaurant, grab-and-go, fitness area, and rooftop bar with outdoor amenity space.

The project also includes approximately 17,000 SF of basement-level meeting space, an outdoor social pool with sauna and hot tubs, on-site laundry, hydration stations, and ground-level parking.
