MDP Engineering Group provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design on the new seven-story, 234-room Marriott AC Hotel in Bellevue, Washington. The hotel has a total gross floor area of approximately 150,900 square feet and features 93,666 square feet of guestroom space. The lobby level emconpasses approximately 16,343 square feet, including the main lobby, lounge, kitchen, breakfast seating, dining spaces, fitness room, laundry facilities, and back-of-house areas. These spaces will provide a welcoming and functional environment for guests to relax, dine, and unwind. This project was designed in accordance with City of Bellevue and the State of Washington Building Codes, as well as LEED Silver Certification.
