The 5-story, approximately 627,860 GSF project includes 417 units, with 11,000 SF of retail at the street level. The development also includes amenities featuring a resort-style pool and spa deck with outdoor bar area and firepits. A speakeasy-style rooftop lounge with a a bar and dining area, lounge seating, fireplace, and outdoor deck with panoramic mountain views.
