The scope involved remodeling three floors of existing courtroom and related spaces into new office and conference areas, along with ADA upgrades and extensive interior renovations.
MDP’s services included retrofitting the building’s mechanical and plumbing systems to accommodate the new layout and occupancy requirements. The project was completed on an accelerated timeline, with design and City review finalized within a two-month period.
