Ralph L. Carr Colorado Justice Center Renovation

MDP provided MEP design services for the renovation of the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Justice Center. The project was a tenant improvement project and consisted of the following:

-SIPA relocation from 11th Floor to the 4th Floor: 3,631 sq. ft.

-Ombudsman Tenant Improvements on the 4th Floor: 2,361 sq. ft.

-SCAO 11th Floor: 3,602 sq. ft.

-Alternate Defense Council Tenant Improvements on the 3rd Floor: 2,413 sq. ft.

-Financial Services 12th Floor: 1,706 sq. ft.

Total square footage equaled 13,713. Mechanical Design mainly consisted of relocating existing air terminals and diffusers; and the addition of new air terminal units and diffusers, as was required per the new layout. The Electrical Design included power and lighting circuiting design.
