MDP provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the remodel of an approximately 11,110 square foot restaurant space. The renovated facility includes a kitchen, bar, dining area, and restrooms. MDP's scope included coordination with client-provided kitchen and bar layouts, as well as equipment cut sheets identifying all MEP connection requirements. MDP also supported the client with domestic hot water calculations to assist with health department submittals.
