MDP provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for a two-phase food and beverage development that includes a new brewery and taproom, along with a collection of shipping container restuarants.

Phase 1 consisted of a two-story, 13,500 square foot brewery and taproom. The design included a 2,305 square foot taproom, a 1,212 square foot cooler, 1,334 square feet of storage and shipping space, and a bar on the first level. The second level features a 2,247 square foot patio overlooking the ground floor. As no commercial kitchen was included, the MEP systems were focused on supporting brewing operations, beverage service, and occupant comfort.

Phase 2 included core and shell MEP design for thirteen individual, one-story shipping containers, each intended to serve as an independent restaurant concept. MDP’s scope focused on creating flexible utility infrastructure to support a variety of tenant fit-outs while maintaining efficiency, safety, and code compliance across the site.
