MDP provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for six office buildings totaling 79,950 square feet. The project included a complete renovation and replacement of all MEP systems to support classrooms, offices, conference rooms, workstations, and waiting areas. A Due Diligence report was also prepared for the Arapahoe County tenant. The HVAC systems featured high-efficiency rooftop units with VAV fan-powered boxes, while the Electrical systems incorporated fluorescent lighting with low-voltage occupancy controls and motion sensors.
