MDP provided design services for a 10,148 SF addition to the existing 38,559 SF two story Saints Peter and Paul School building in Wheat Ridge, bringing the total building SF to 48,707. The addition is distributed equally across both floors, with 5,074 SF on each floor, respectively. The scope included classrooms, flex space, storage, a chapel, a public restroom, a nursing room, hallways, and a new elevator.
