These projects ranged in size, typically encompassing between 1,000 and 10,200 rentable square feet, and were delivered as tenant finishes within the existing medical facility.
Mechanical design services primarily included the relocation and addition of air terminals and diffusers to align with new tenant layouts. Electrical design included power distribution and lighting circuiting, while plumbing design supported fixtures as indicated in the architectural plans. Tenants included: Mile High OB, Peak PT, Lantern Psychology, Ortho Expansion, etc.
